The Fifty Meter Beer Project Part 13 – Hop Harvest!
The Hop Harvest is complete! This is a very short update on the Fifty Meter Beer Project – the hops are harvested, dried, and frozen down. The yeast trials are going well, but there is still a bit of time until they’re complete. Unfortunately, the Bere barley is still partially dormant, so we’re not quite ready to start malting. But we should be there soon!
