Poor students have to listen to me ramble on for two hours about beer. They get aroma samples as examples of some of the things I discuss \u2013 esters, POF, biotransformation \u2013 but I keep the bigger samples for myself. This year, instead of hording these to myself, I&#8217;m &#8220;sharing&#8221; them with you through a short video series that compares the samples I prepared, and which discusses the brewing science
