I malted the Bere barely to create something akin to a brumalt, which will hopefully provide more malt character and bring out more of the Bere&#8217;s unique flavour. I also performed a malt conversion test, comparing both the speed of conversion and the gravity yield of my Harrington and Bere malts to <a href=\"https:\/\/proximitymalt.com\/\">Proximity Malt&#8217;s base malt<\/a>. To wrap up, I briefly discuss some of the challenges I see for brewday and how I plan to address them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube
